Change Management occurs when processes, procedures and/or product does not reach its true potential. Most if not all projects that we have encountered will require some version of Change Management.

Past projects have included product viability, design standardization and discipline/role overlap.

The Five Step Change Management Process:
  • Define the strategy for change
  • Assess how people perceive the change
  • Design o inspire and engage the hearts and minds of people impacted
  • Implement and provide impacted people with the tools to succeed
  • Embed with the aim to maximize return on the investment
